About Wireless Water Level Controller: –

With a robust wireless range of up to 5 kilometers or 50 floors, this device automatically manages your water motor in “Automatic Mode,” turning it off when the overhead water tank is full and on when it’s empty. Its dry run protection feature safeguards your motor by ensuring it does not start if the underground tank has no water. Additionally, the motor will stop if the water in the underground tank runs out.

No wiring is required between the overhead water tank, underground tank, and motor. Simply install one transmitter in the overhead tank and another in the underground tank, then plug your motor into the receiver/controller.

Wireless Water Level Controller offers three modes: Automatic, Auto-Cut, and Manual. The receiver/controller continuously displays the four water levels in the overhead tank and provides alarms for overflow and empty tank conditions. Wireless Water Level Controller Installation & Working
The system consists of two transmitter units and a receiver unit/indicator:

• Transmitter Units: One four-sensor transmitter (for the overhead water tank) and one two-sensor transmitter (for the underground water tank).
  • Ensure a blinking blue LED in the transmitters. This indicates they are active.
  • For units exported outside India, insert three AA batteries to power them on.
  • Mount the transmitters outside their respective tanks to ensure better range and durability. Use rubber blocks with glue or screws to secure them. Apply glue to one side of the rubber block and attach it to the transmitter. Then, stick the other side to the water tank. This provides a strong and reliable hold.
  • Avoid enclosing transmitters in metal, as this may weaken the signal.
  • The transmitters have an in-built power management system with replaceable 3 AA batteries, lasting up to 3 years. No external power source (socket, solar panel) is needed.

The Four-sensor transmitter: This includes four color-coded sensor wires corresponding to the four water levels:

• Red (base wire): This must be submerged in water for the other sensors to function.
• Yellow: Indicates 50% water level.
• Blue: Indicates 75% water level.
• Green: Indicates 100% water level (full tank).
• The red wire sensor is the base sensor. This sensor indicates the red color on the LED, regardless of whether the wire is submerged in water or not. However, the sensors for the other colored wires will not function unless the red wire sensor is submerged in water. This is why it is crucial to have this red wire sensor installed at the base of the water tank. As the water level rises and reaches the other sensors (yellow, blue, green), their corresponding lights will illuminate, indicating the different water levels. These brass sensors are corrosion-resistant and will not contaminate the water.

The Two-sensor transmitter: In a two-sensor transmitter, two sensors are provided. One sensor will go right to the base of the underground tank. (You can adjust the length of both sensor wires according to the height of your tank. The wire can be extended by attaching extra wire or shortened by coiling/wrapping it.) The other sensor should be placed inside the underground water tank, slightly above the water level of the output pipe that supplies water to the overhead tank.

Pairing the Receiver and Transmitters of Wireless Water Level Controller

1. Normal Pairing (Automatic):
   • Turn on the receiver unit. A blinking violet LED indicates it is not paired.
   • The receiver will automatically pair with both transmitters within 10 minutes.
   • For the Four-Sensor Transmitter: Once paired, an empty alarm (steady red LED) will activate. You can mute it manually or wait for it to auto-mute after 45 seconds.
   • For the Two-Sensor Transmitter: Press the push button for less than two seconds. The LED will briefly blink red or green (based on the water level). Any blinking red or green light confirms successful pairing with the receiver.
2. Quick Pairing (Manual):
   • Turn on the receiver unit (violet LED blinking).
   • For the Four-Sensor Transmitter: Dip the red and yellow sensor wires in water for 10 seconds to simulate a water level change. The receiver’s LED will display a steady yellow light upon successful pairing.
   • For the Two-Sensor Transmitter: Dip both sensors in water to trigger a signal for quick pairing. Pairing can be confirmed in the same manner as described in the Normal Pairing method for the Two-Sensor Transmitter.
