This Wireless Water Tank Alarm Overflow completely self-contained wireless device displays four water levels using color indicators and gives overflow & empty alarm. No Wi-Fi, internet connection, Bluetooth, or SIM card is required. There is also no monthly or yearly subscription – simply install it and forget it!

The product offers a stable, secure, and reliable wireless range. The wireless range of this product depends on the specific model you purchase. Different models have different range. Multiple devices can be used simultaneously at the same location without interference. This is achieved by using millions of unique keys for each device pair. Only the transmitter with the exact matching key can communicate with its designated receiver.

Installation & Working

The system consists of a Transmitter unit and a Receiver unit / Indicator.

Transmitter Unit

• Look for a blinking blue LED. This indicates the transmitter is active. (For units exported outside India, the transmitter won’t be pre-activated. Simply insert 3 AA batteries to power it on.)
• No user activation is needed in India – the transmitter comes on from the factory.
• The IP-rated is 100% waterproof, ensuring it survives accidental submersion.
• Mount the transmitter outside the tank (for better range and long life, mount it outside only & place the sensor wires inside). Use the provided rubber blocks with super glue or the screw holes to fix the transmitter. Attach rubber blocks with glue to transmitter and water tank roof for a stronger grip.
• However, the transmitter is waterproof and durable, still consider wrapping it in plastic or using other methods for protection from rain and animal damage. We recommend avoid completely enclosing it in metal, as this can weaken the signal. If using a metal box, ensure it has ventilation holes.

• If your water tank is made of metal or steel, then you must install the transmitter outside the tank. Otherwise, you will not get any range at all.
• The transmitter has an in-built power management system with replaceable 3 AA batteries, lasting up to 3 years. No external power source (socket, solar panel) is needed.
• A low-battery signal will appear on the receiver unit when replacement of battery is needed.

The transmitter includes four color-coded sensor wires corresponding to the four water levels:

• Red (base wire): This must be submerged in water for the other sensors to function.
• Yellow: Indicates 50% water level.
• Blue: Indicates 75% water level.
• Green: Indicates 100% water level (full tank).
• The red wire sensor is the base sensor. This sensor indicates the red color on the LED, regardless of whether the wire is submerged in water or not. However, the sensors for the other colored wires will not function unless the red wire sensor is submerged in water. This is why it is crucial to have this red wire sensor installed at the base of the water tank. As the water level rises and reaches the other sensors (yellow, blue, green), their corresponding lights will illuminate, indicating the different water levels. These brass sensors are corrosion-resistant and will not contaminate the water.

The receiver unit rings a loud alarm for low and overflow situations:

• Red Signal (Empty Level): 20 long beeps (auto-mute after 20 beeps or manually by touching the switch).
• Green Signal (Full Level): Continuous long beep for 45 seconds (auto-mute after 45 seconds or manually by touching the switch).

For optimal performance:

• Untangle the sensor wires before installation.
• Ensure the wires don’t touch each other or the tank wall.
• Users can customize wire length for their tank setup by cutting, wrapping excess, or attaching additional wires (sold separately).

Receiver Unit / Indicator

The receiver unit displays water level information and features:

• LED indicator for visual representation of water level (Red 25%, yellow 50%, blue 75% & green 100%)
• Dual Buzzers for loud reserve and overflow alarms
• Soft touch button for manual alarm mute
• Mini-USB charging port for recharging battery
• On/Off button

The built-in rechargeable battery provides up to 48 hours of backup during power outages (excluding units exported outside India). You can conveniently place or mount the receiver unit anywhere.

Pairing the Receiver and Transmitter

• Normal Pairing (Automatic): Turn on the receiver unit. A blinking violet LED indicates it’s not paired. It will automatically pair with the transmitter within 10 minutes. Once paired, an empty alarm (stable red LED) will sound. You can mute this manually or it will auto-mute after 45 seconds.
• Quick Pairing (Manual): Turn on the receiver unit (violet LED blinking). Dip the red and yellow sensor wires in water for 10 seconds to simulate a water level change. Upon successful pairing, the receiver’s LED will show a stable yellow color.

Other LED Indications

• A stable LED light indicates normal operation. A blinking light signifies low transmitter battery and requires replacement.
• A white light on the receiver indicates a sensor error.
• A violet LED indicates a broken link between the receiver and transmitter.

• भारत में यूजर को इसको सक्रिय करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है – ट्रांसमीटर फैक्टरी से ही ऑन करके भेजा जाता है।
•  यह  IP-Rated 100% वाटरप्रूफ है, अगर यह गलती से वाटर टैंक में गिर भी जाता है तो तब भी यह खराब नहीं होगा।
• ट्रांसमीटर को टैंक के बाहर माउंट करें (बेहतर रेंज और लंबी लाइफ के लिए, इसे बाहर ही माउंट करें और सेंसर वायरस को वाटर टैंक के अंदर डालें )। ट्रांसमीटर को इंस्टॉल करने के लिए दिए गए रबर ब्लॉक पर सुपर ग्लू लगा कर या स्क्रू होल्स की मदद से इंस्टॉल करें। रबर ब्लॉक पर दोनों तरफ सुपर ग्लू लगा कर ट्रांसमीटर को पानी के टैंक की छत से चिपका दे।
• हालांकि ट्रांसमीटर वाटरप्रूफ और टिकाऊ है, फिर भी इसे बारिश और जानवरों से बचाने के लिए किसी प्लास्टिक में लपेटने या अन्य तरीकों के उपयोग पर विचार किया जा सकता है। इसे पूरी तरह से किसी भी मेटल बॉक्स में बंद करने से बचें, क्योंकि इससे सिग्नल कमजोर हो सकता है। यदि मेटल बॉक्स का उपयोग कर रहे हैं, तो सुनिश्चित करें कि इसमें बहुत सारे होल्स हों या पिंजरे का प्रयोग करें।
• यदि आपका वाटर टैंक धातु का या स्टील का बना है तो आपको ट्रांसमीटर को टैंक के बाहर ही इंस्टॉल करना होगा अन्यथा बिल्कुल भी रेंज नहीं आएगी।
• ट्रांसमीटर में एक इन-बिल्ट पावर मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम है जिसमें रीप्लैसेबल 3 AA बैटरियां हैं, जो एक बार में 3 साल तक चलती हैं। ट्रांसमीटर को किसी भी बाहरी इलेक्ट्रिक पावर सोर्स (सॉकेट या सोलर पैनल आदि) की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
• ट्रांसमीटर में बैटरीस कमजोर होने पर नीचे रिसीवर यूनिट में एक लो-बैटरी का संकेत दिखाई देगा।
• ट्रांसमीटर में चार कलर-कोडेड सेंसरस वायर शामिल हैं जो पानी के चारों लेवल को दर्शाती है:
  • लाल (बेस वायर): अन्य सभी सेंसरस के काम करने के लिए इसे पानी में डूबना चाहिए।
  • पीला: पानी का लेवल 50%  दर्शाता है।
  • नीला: पानी का लेवल 75% दर्शाता है।
  • हरा:  पानी का लेवल 100% (फुल टैंक) दर्शाता है।
• लाल वायर सेन्सर बेस वायर सेन्सर है यह वायर पानी के अंदर हो या बाहर हो ये LED में लाल रंग ही दिखाती है परंतु जब तक यह लाल वायर सेन्सर पानी में डूबा नहीं होगा तो बाकी की रंगों की तारों के सेन्सरस काम नहीं करेंगे इसलिए इसका वाटर टैंक के बेस में होना बहुत जरूरी होता है, जैसे ही पानी का लेवल बढ़ता है और अन्य सेंसर (पीला, नीला, हरा) तक पहुंचता है, तो उन्ही के क्रमश: में लाइट्स भी प्रकाशित होंगी,  जो पानी के अलग-अलग लेवल को दर्शाती हैं। ये पीतल के सेंसरस जंगरोधी हैं और पानी को दूषित नहीं करेंगे।
• रिसीवर यूनिट वाटर टैंक के रिजर्व लेवल और भरने की दोनों ही स्थितियो में लाउड बीप का अलार्म देती है:
  • लाल लाइट (रिजर्व लेवल ): रुक रुक कर 20 लंबे बीप (20 बीप के बाद अपने आप म्यूट हो जाएगा या टच स्विच को छूकर पहले ही मैन्युअली म्यूट कर सकते हैं।)
  • हरी लाइट (फुल लेवल ): 45 सेकंड के लिए लगातार लंबा बीप आता है। (45 सेकंड के बाद ऑटोमैटिक म्यूट या टच स्विच को छूकर पहले ही मैन्युअली म्यूट सकते हैं।)

सर्वोत्तम प्रदर्शन के लिए:

• इंस्टॉलेशन से पहले सेंसर वायर को सुलझा लें।
• सुनिश्चित करें कि वायर सेन्सरस आपस में एक-दूसरे को या टैंक की दीवार को नहीं छूए, टैंक की दीवार गीली होने से गलत सिगनल प्राप्त हो सकता है।
• यूजर अपने टैंक की ऊंचाई या गहराई के अनुसार सभी सेंसर्स वायर की लंबाई को काटकर या अतिरिक्त तार को लपेटकर, या अतिरिक्त तार (मार्केट से खरीद कर) जोड़कर छोटा–बड़ा कर सकते हैं और जहाँ अलार्म या सिगनल प्राप्त करना चाहतें है उसी के अनुसार अपना सेटअप कर सकते है।

रिसीवर यूनिट/ इंडिकेटर 

रिसीवर यूनिट पानी के वर्तमान लेवल की जानकारी और वाटर टैंक भरने और खाली होने पर अलार्म देता है और साथ ही में इसके अन्य फीचर्स भी हैं:

• पानी के लेवल (लाल 25%, पीला 50%, नीला 75% और हरा 100%) का LED में दर्शाना।
• वाटर टैंक भरने और खाली होने पर लाउड अलार्म के लिए ड्यूल बज़र्स।
• अलार्म को मैन्युअली म्यूट करने के लिए सॉफ्ट टच बटन।
• बैटरी रिचार्जिंग के लिए मिनी-यूएसबी चार्जिंग पोर्ट।
• डिवाइस ऑन/ऑफ बटन।
• बिल्ट-इन रिचार्जेबल बैटरी बिजली सप्लाइ जाने पर 48 घंटे तक पावर बैकअप प्रदान करती है (भारत के बाहर निर्यात किए गए यूनिट में पावर बैकअप का ऑप्शन नहीं होगा)। आप इस रिसीवर यूनिट को कहीं भी रख सकते हैं या माउंट कर सकते हैं।

रिसीवर और ट्रांसमीटर को पेयर करना

• सामान्य पेयरिंग (ऑटोमैटिक): रिसीवर यूनिट ऑन करें। बैंगनी लाइट का LED में बलिंक करना यह दर्शाता है कि यह पेयर नहीं हुआ है। रिसीवर के ऑन होने पर यह अपने आप 10 मिनट के अंदर ऑटोमैटिक्ली रूप से ट्रांसमीटर के साथ पेयर हो जाएगा। पेयर हो जाने पर रिजर्व वाला अलार्म बजेगा और इंडिकेटर में स्थिर लाल लाइट दिखाई देगी। आप इसे मैन्युअल रूप से म्यूट कर सकते हैं या यह 45 सेकंड के बाद ऑटोमैटिक्ली रूप से म्यूट हो जाएगा।
• शीघ्र पेयरिंग (मैन्युअल): रिसीवर यूनिट ऑन करें। बैंगनी लाइट का LED में बलिंक करना यह दर्शाता है कि यह पेयर नहीं हुआ है। पानी के लेवल को बदल कर जल्दी ही पेयरिंग की जा सकती है। पानी का लेवल बदलने के लिए लाल और पीले वायर सेंसर को कम से कम 10 सेकंड तक पानी में डुबोएं रखे। पेयरिंग होने पर रिसीवर की LED में स्थिर पीला रंग दिखाई देगा।

अन्य LED संकेत

• स्थिर LED लाइट सामान्य संचालन को दर्शाती है। ब्लिंकिंग लाइट ट्रांसमीटर की लॉ बैटरी का इशारा करती है जिसका अर्थ है कि अब बैटरी बदलने की आवश्यकता है।
• रिसीवर में सफेद लाइट सेंसरस एरर को इशारा करती है।
• LED में बैंगनी लाइट रिसीवर और ट्रांसमीटर के बीच टूटे हुए वायरलेस सिगनल को दर्शाती है।

एक ही लोकेशन पर एक से अधिक डिवाइस लगाए जा सकते है:

यूजर एक ही स्थान पर बिना किसी समस्या के ऐसे बहुत सारे डिवाइसेज को इंस्टॉल और उनका उपयोग कर सकता हैं क्योंकि हर डिवाइस में यूनीक कोड है हर एक ट्रांसमीटर अपने ही यूनीक कोड वाले रिसीवर से ही कनेक्ट करेगा।

Important information about wireless range for users: –

Several factors can limit the range of a wireless signal:

• Physical Obstructions: Walls, trees, and other solid objects can block or weaken radio waves. The denser the material, the more blockage it creates. This is why you often get spotty reception inside buildings or underground. In these situations, purchase a high-range device.
• Radio Power: Just like a shouting match, the strength of the radio waves transmitted by your device or access point affects how far it can travel. Higher power signals travel farther, but legal regulations and battery life often limit this.
• Interference: Our world is full of wireless signals, and they can clash with each other. Microwaves, Bluetooth devices, and even other Wi-Fi networks on the same frequency can all weaken your signal.
• Distance: As the signal travels, it naturally weakens. The farther you are from the source, the weaker the signal becomes, eventually dropping below the level needed for a good connection.
