This Refund, Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy governs all returns, inspections, deductions, exchanges, repairs, and refunds.
• Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
• For Refund, Return, Exchange, Warranty, or any other service request, the customer must bear all shipping, courier, logistics, packaging, forwarding, and return charges entirely on their own.
• The customer must ship any return, replacement, repair, or warranty product at their own cost to the address provided by the company.
• Until the product is physically received at our facility, it will remain entirely the customer’s responsibility.
• The company is not liable to bear any shipping, logistics, courier or incidental charges in any situation.
To qualify for a return or refund, the product must:
• Be in its original condition
• Be returned in original packaging
• Include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase
• Not have any physical damage or water/liquid damage
• Not have burnt PCB, tampering, alteration, or missing parts
Additional conditions:
• GST is non-refundable wherever applicable.
• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return/refund under any circumstances.
Refund amount depends on how many days have passed since the purchase date:
• 0–30 days — Full sale price refund
• 31–60 days — 10% deduction
• 61–90 days — 15% deduction
• 91–120 days — 20% deduction
• 121–180 days — 25% deduction
• 181–210 days — 30% deduction
• 211–365 days — 30% deduction + complete GST deduction
• After 12 months — No refund applicable
Important:
• All forward and return shipping/logistics charges related to refund or return are 100% borne by the customer only.
• Shipping charges paid during original purchase are always non-refundable.
• After receiving the returned product, it undergoes inspection and verification.
• Refund will be approved or rejected based on product condition.
If approved:
• Refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• Your bank/issuer may take up to 7 additional days to credit the amount.
Important Note (added):
• For refund requests, the customer must bear all shipping, courier, logistics, packaging, forwarding, and return charges on both sides.
• The company does not bear any charges for refund-related shipments.
Refund will be denied if there is:
• Physical damage
• PCB/module/semiconductor damage
• Missing accessories
• Tampering or modification
If your refund is delayed:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your card provider
3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange:
• Contact support
• Follow packaging and shipping instructions
Replacement delivery time: 5–10 business days
Important:
• For exchange/replacement requests, all forward and return shipping/logistics charges must be borne entirely by the customer.
For any return, repair, replacement, warranty, guarantee, or service request:
• The customer must first ship the device to the company’s official service address.
• No inspection, repair, or replacement will begin until the product is received.
Once the product is received, the company will:
• Inspect the device
• Decide whether to repair or replace it
This applies to every type of service request (Return / Refund / Exchange / Repair / Warranty / Guarantee):
The customer must bear all costs:
• Forward shipping (sending the product)
• Return shipping (receiving repaired/replacement product)
• Packaging, courier, logistics, handling, or incidental charges
Company Liability Limitation:
The company is only responsible for repairing or replacing the product as per warranty terms.
The company is not liable for any shipping, courier, logistics, packaging, or other charges. No other cost, compensation, or liability is covered.
If the company, at its sole discretion, provides any special assistance beyond the standard procedure:
• All forward and return (both-ways) shipping, courier, logistics, packaging, handling, transportation, and any other associated charges will still be borne entirely by the customer.
• No special support, exception, or courtesy assistance shall modify, alter, or override the core return, refund, exchange, repair, warranty, or service policy in any manner.
• If the product is faulty on delivery, the customer must ship it within 10 days at their own cost.
• Only in this 10-day window, the company will ship the repaired/replacement unit back at its cost.
• If shipped after 30 days:
→ Customer must bear both forward and return shipping costs.
Once the repaired/replacement product is handed over to the courier, the company’s responsibility ends.
Tracking & receiving the shipment is the customer’s responsibility.
• Warranty/Guarantee mentioned (e.g., 1 Year, 6+6 Months, etc.) is not absolute.
• Warranty may depend on conditions, usage, and procedures communicated by authorised support.
• These procedures may vary based on circumstances.
• For accurate warranty details, customers must contact Swarn Jal Support.
• Warranty applies only if explicitly mentioned by the company.
• Damage due to physical impact, water, PCB burn, tampering, or semiconductor failure is not covered under warranty.
