Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Important Notes:
• Taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
• The item is not in its original condition, or is damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• The return request is initiated after 30 days of delivery
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within seven (7) business days. Once we initiated your refund, it takes up to 7 days for your bank to credit the refund in your account.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

Replacement Timeframe:
If your exchange is approved, the replaced product will be delivered to you within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and standard delivery timelines.
All returns must be shipped to the address provided by our customer support team
Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except where stated otherwise under our Repair/Replacement Policy)
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund, if applicable
Delivery time for replacement/exchanged items may vary depending on your location
If a product is damaged, you must send it at your own cost and responsibility to the prescribed address within 10 days of delivery. Until the product is received at our prescribed location, it will remain entirely your responsibility. After repair or replacement, we will ship it back at our cost. However, tracking and receiving the shipment will be solely your responsibility.
If the product is sent after 30 days, you will bear both the forward and return shipping costs. Again, until the product is received at our location, it remains your responsibility. Once repaired or replaced, our responsibility ends upon handing the product over to the courier. After that, tracking and delivery will be your responsibility.
