This Shipping Policy governs all shipping, courier, logistics, packaging, forwarding, and return-related responsibilities for Refund, Return, Exchange, Repair, Warranty & Guarantee services.
For any Refund, Return, Exchange, Repair, Warranty, Guarantee, or other service request:
• The customer must bear 100% of all shipping, courier, logistics, packaging, forwarding, and return charges.
• The company is not liable to bear any type of shipping or logistics cost under any situation.
• Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are always non-refundable.
For all service requests (return, refund, repair, replacement, warranty, guarantee):
• The customer must first ship the product to the official service address provided by the company.
• No inspection, repair, replacement, or refund process will begin until the product is physically received at the company’s facility.
• The product remains the customer’s responsibility until it is delivered to the company’s location.
For every service type:
• Forward shipping (sending your product to us) → Customer pays
• Return shipping (receiving repaired/replaced product) → Customer pays
This applies to:
• Returns
• Refunds
• Exchanges
• Repairs
• Warranty service
• Guarantee service
• Inspections
• Any other support/service request
The company does not cover any of these charges.
If the company voluntarily provides any special or exceptional support (at the company’s sole discretion):
• All forward and return (both-ways) shipping, courier, logistics, packaging, handling, transportation and ALL other associated charges must still be borne entirely by the customer.
• Any special support does not override or change the core shipping policy.
• If the product is faulty at the time of delivery, the customer must ship it within 10 days at their own cost.
• Only for products shipped within this 10-day window, the company will ship the repaired/replaced product back at the company’s cost.
• If shipped after 30 days, the customer must bear both forward and return shipping charges, without exception.
• Once the repaired/replacement unit is handed over to the courier, the company’s responsibility ends.
• Tracking, follow-up, and receiving the shipment is the customer’s responsibility.
For all warranty/guarantee services:
• Both-ways shipping/logistics charges must be borne entirely by the customer.
• The company is not liable for any form of courier, logistics, packaging, transportation, or incidental costs.
The company is not responsible for:
• Return shipping charges
• Replacement shipping charges
• Warranty/guarantee service shipping charges
• Courier delays or losses
• Damages occurring during transit
• Packaging or logistics expenses
• Any incidental or related costs
All such costs are to be borne solely by the customer.
