Violet or Whitess Pink Light Showing on Receiver Unit

If your receiver unit displays a violet and white (pink) light, it indicates that the transmitter unit is not paired with the receiver unit. Follow the steps below to diagnose and resolve the issue:

Step 1: Check the Transmitter Unit

Verify the Transmitter Light:
Observe whether the transmitter is blinking.

If the transmitter is not blinking , this indicates that the transmitter battery has been depleted. Replace the transmitter batteries following the guidance of our customer care team.
