Only Green Light Showing

If your device is showing only a green light, follow these steps:

Step 1: Check for Moisture in the Transmitter

In summer , if the transmitter is placed inside the tank , steam and moisture can collect inside, causing the receiver to show only a green light.

To prevent this, place the transmitter outside the tank .

Step 2: Clean the Brass Sensor

The brass sensor inside the water tank may have carbon or rust buildup .

Clean it properly to restore proper function.
