Charging Light Not Showing

If the red charging light on the back of the receiver is not showing while charging, follow these steps:

Step 1: Check the Charging Accessories

Try using another USB cable and adapter .

Step 2: Test with Another Charger

Use another USB charger to see if the light appears.

Step 3: Further Assistance
