If your transmitter light is not blinking, follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue:
The transmitter light may blink fast or slow , depending on signal transmission.
If the light is not blinking at all , the battery may be drained.
The transmitter uses 3 x AA batteries (same as a standard wall clock).
Open the transmitter using a screwdriver and inspect the batteries.
If the batteries are in a holder: Replace them with new AA batteries.
If the batteries are soldered: Visit a nearby electrician shop for assistance in replacing and soldering new cells.
After replacing the batteries, check if the transmitter light is blinking.
